As if any further proof of failure was needed, here comes the latest notch in the belt of Mr. Bush: Iraq has emerged as one of the world’s most unstable countries, second only to Sudan. Afghanistan, Mr. Bush’s forgotten project, ranks eighth. It’s a tough job, it’s a hard road, it’s serious business. Someone stop this man before he fails again.
